lang="ZH-TW">這趟臨時決定的兩天一夜「微‧旅行」(嗯,好像很流行這麼說),沒打算去那裡玩,只有兩個點,一是南投竹山紫南宮,一是臺中</span><span lang="EN-US">Hotel One</span><span lang="ZH-TW">。這時小軒軒快滿八個月,會坐會看,對好多事物充滿興趣。</span></p> <p><span lang="ZH-TW">來紫南宮,就是為了龍年金銀幣囉!小軒軒是小龍女,得銀幣一枚,百合龜龍年產女,得金幣一枚。只來換硬幣不好玩,走走逛逛也不錯。</span></p><center><img lang="ZH-TW">紫南宮地標有大金雞和大元寶,從雞身下鑽過,小軒軒也抱著一起過;摸摸大元寶,財富往這裡靠。金銀財寶呷嘜空,招財進寶賺大錢……(唸咒中)</span></p><center><img lang="ZH-TW">當然,紫南宮必來景點之一,就是傳說中的七星級廁所囉!以竹子山盛產的竹筍作為主題,更美的是內裝,還有流水造景呢!男廁、女廁、哺集乳室,正好分作三隻嫩筍,美,又有創意。</span></p><p><span lang="ZH-TW">廁所上面還有觀景台,附近又有大片平地,視野真好。</span></p><center><img lang="ZH-TW">開始帶小朋友出門遊玩後,時間變得相對重要,小朋友的生理時鐘很準(也可以說,被訓練得很準),差不多時間就要找吃喝的囉!八個月大除了副食品,仍需吃奶,副食品可自備,奶只要找到熱水就能泡(我們會自備冷水,大人小孩都能喝)。</span></p><p><span lang="ZH-TW">此時就發現臺灣的便利商店真的有夠便利,熱水有り,微波爐有り。軒軒的食量不算大,少量多餐反而感覺吃更多,這回沒有特別找便利商店,而是在國道休息站。大人常常隨便吃,在紫南宮附近的攤販看到彰化肉圓,看似不錯就買了一個,沒想到好吃,再買一個。</span></p><center><img lang="EN-US">27</span><span lang="ZH-TW">樓開始,視野又高又寬廣;</span><span lang="EN-US">Check-in</span><span lang="ZH-TW">得知可加價升等,也正好有空房,運氣很好地住到看似商務人士使用的「豪華客房」。</span><span lang="EN-US">15</span><span lang="ZH-TW">挑高的建築,室內也是清水模,照出午後的輕鬆氛圍,但照不出的是香氣。香氣,在泰安觀止裡,尤其重要,不論他們如何取得國寶肖楠木(事實上是法拍獲得),一種異於檜木、聞到又容易放鬆的香氣,怎麼也照不出來。</span></p><center><img lang="ZH-TW">年的第一場聚會,就是這個。許多酒友出席,酒很精采、餐也不錯,能在年初第一發就如此開心,也算有旺年到了吧。筆記一些酒款與小心得如下:</span></p><p><span lang="EN-US">Domaine d'Auvenay Auxey-Duresses 1996<br></span><span lang="ZH-TW">酒液呈金黃色,邊緣泛黃色,液面晶亮。有著奶油、礦石、杏桃、麥桿香氣,略帶一些焦糖、鳳梨、花香香氣,香氣強度適中,略感複雜度,一開始有些隱藏,回溫且醒後較開展,變化也較多。入口時感覺有酸度,酒體適中,一開始有些空洞,醒後變得較好,酸度非常尖銳,仍感收斂,口中以奶油、礦石、杏桃、一些氧化系、一些花香香氣為主。尾韻長度適中。一開始懷疑已下降了,約一小時後變得較佳,溫度也較高,似變得較好喝。</span></p><p><span lang="EN-US">Bouchard Père et Fils Chevalier-Montrachet 2001<br>WA:88-89; WS:87<br></span><span lang="ZH-TW">酒液呈略淺的金黃色,邊緣泛黃色,液面晶亮。有著礦石、氧化系、麥桿、鳳梨香氣,略帶一些奶油、草梗香氣,香氣強度適中,可感覺有複雜度,圓潤且帶討喜,略感協調。入口時感覺有酸度,酒體適中,口感圓潤、略協調且帶些均衡,有些直接,口中以礦石、氧化系、杏桃、鳳梨、一些麥桿、一些奶油香氣為主。尾韻長度適中。目前已好喝的酒,正值顛峰,頗棒的變化和層次感。</span></p><p><span lang="ZH-TW">、燻烤香氣,略帶一些太妃糖香氣,香氣可感覺有複雜度,漂亮多變的豐富,兼具細緻與奔放。入口時感覺有酸度,酒體適中,氣泡口感細緻均勻量多,圓潤奔放,非常均衡,有結構感,口中以奶油、礦石、鳳梨、杏桃、</span><span lang="EN-US">BBQ</span><span lang="ZH-TW">、燻烤、一些青草地、一些泥土香氣為主。尾韻長度適中。傳說中的舊舊版,太美妙了,非常喜歡……</span></p><p><span lang="EN-US">Faiveley Latricière-Chambertin 1983<br></span><span lang="ZH-TW">酒液呈紅色、略偏磚紅色,邊緣泛磚紅色,液面晶亮。有著紅茶葉、紅莓果、乾燥花、皮革、烤肉香氣,略帶一些橡木、泥香氣,香氣強度適中,可感覺有複雜度,變化多卻仍感隱微,略感協調。入口時感覺有酸度,酒體適中,單寧量略多而感覺有澀度,圓潤口感帶著奔放,變化慢,均衡且富結構,口中以泥土、紅茶葉、紅莓果、乾燥花、皮革、橡木、一些樹葉香氣為主。尾韻長度略長些,帶甘口感。很棒的變化和口感,似是喝到最美的時候,大杯更能明顯感受漂亮花香與茶葉香交溶……</span></p><p><span lang="EN-US">Domaine Dujac Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Aux Combottes 2001<br>T:91; BH:91; JR:16.5/20<br></span><span lang="ZH-TW">酒液呈寶石紅色,邊緣泛紅色,液面晶亮。有著略濃郁的紅莓果、樹葉、泥土、燻烤、覆盆子香氣,略帶一些樹葉、紅莓果醬香氣,香氣可感覺有複雜度,頗成熟的葡萄帶出豐富多變的年輕變化,略有協調。入口時感覺有酸度,酒體適中,單寧量略多而感覺有澀度,圓潤帶著一絲甜美,頗年輕、富變化,略帶強勁奔放,略有結構,口中以紅莓果、覆盆子、燻烤、泥土、橡木、一些皮革香氣為主。尾韻長度適中。頗年輕、</span><span lang="ZH-TW">酒液呈較深的寶石紅色,邊緣泛紅色,液面晶亮。有著較濃郁的黑莓果、墨汁、燻烤、泥土、樹葉香氣,略帶一些奶油、皮革香氣,香氣略感複雜度,奔放直接且討喜。入口時感覺有酸度,酒體較重,單寧量多而感覺有澀度,圓潤奔放且直接,變化已明顯,口中以黑莓果、墨汁、燻烤、皮革、</span><span lang="EN-US">BBQ</span><span lang="ZH-TW">、一些泥土、一些樹葉香氣為主。尾韻長度略長些。還需要再放,慢慢會變更好吧。</span></p><p><span lang="EN-US">Araujo Estate Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Eisele Vineyard 1996<br>WS:94; T:93<br></span><span lang="ZH-TW">酒液呈較深的紫紅色,邊緣泛粉紅色,液面晶亮。有著濃郁的黑莓果醬、黑李子、橡木、燻烤香氣,略帶一些黑醋栗果醬、烤肉香氣,香氣略感複雜度,濃郁奔放,重果味的直接。入口時感覺有酸度,重度酒體,單寧量充足且抓口而感覺極有澀度,濃郁奔放,少有細緻,結構宏大,口中以黑莓果、黑李子、燻烤、橡木、墨汁、樹葉、一些藥草香氣為主。尾韻長度略長些。濃郁直接,非常奔放,太過年輕。</span></p><p><span lang="EN-US">Domaine Zind Humbrecht Alsace Turckheim Heimbourg Gewürztraminer Séléction de Grains Nobles 2005 (HB)<br>WS:95; T:94; La Revue du Vin de France:18/20<br></span><span lang="ZH-TW">酒液呈略深的金黃色,邊緣泛黃色,液面晶亮。有著較濃郁的花香、無花果、蜂蜜、蜂蠟、燻烤香氣,略帶一些水果乾香氣,香氣可感覺有複雜度,漂亮多變化,仍感隱藏,略感協調。入口時感覺有酸度,重度酒體,重度甜口感,圓潤可口且奔放,非常均衡,口中以花香、無花果、白桃、蜂蜜、蜂蠟、一些水果乾香氣為主。尾韻長度略長些。漂亮豐厚,已好喝了,且值得期待。</span></p><center><img lang="ZH-TW">一開始先上可以續的麵包,可搭配抹醬;簡單的生菜沙拉,用料實在,豐富配色;</span><span lang="EN-US">Clam Chowder</span><span lang="ZH-TW">倒有些失敗,也許是下手太重,頗鹹,而且因為太鹹的關係,突然有種「這不會是</span><span lang="EN-US">Costco</span><span lang="ZH-TW">罐頭」的錯覺。</span></p><p><span lang="ZH-TW">接著是澱粉類主食,義式醬手工寬麵就沒什麼失誤了,頗好吃,調味亦佳;盤飾甜點、美式黑咖啡作結,不過我承認先放甜點與咖啡是故意的,因為這樣的套餐裡,主菜值得另外放大檢視。</span></p><center><img lang="ZH-TW">這天的主餐,美國牛肋排搭配紅酒醬汁。這道主菜完全展現餐廳的水準,包括火候、擺盤等,熟成過的美國牛肉經過烹調,更顯軟嫩美味。</span></p><p><span lang="ZH-TW">除了紅酒醬汁,也有人要了些海鹽調味,以搭酒而言,我仍喜歡醬汁。</span></p><center><img lang="ZH-TW">「格蘭公園」有很多好玩的,包括室內高爾夫練習場(才知道自己有多不會打)、也有樂團,還有生蠔吧。有些酒友對生蠔有興趣,我也有興趣,點了一些試試。先上三種沾醬:檸檬奶油、蕃茄莎莎、義式油醋,不過我最愛海水調味。</span></p><p><span lang="ZH-TW">先上兩顆</span><span lang="EN-US">Spéciale de Claire No. 2</span><span lang="ZH-TW">、接下來是好大顆的</span><span lang="EN-US">Belon No. 0000</span><span lang="ZH-TW">、與餐廳忘了再補上的</span><span lang="EN-US">Gillardeau No. 1</span><span <p><span lang="ZH-TW">沒想過,結婚一年的變化可以如此巨大。從結婚、度蜜月、懷了小三(咦)、出生,都在這一年間發生。百合小姐很辛苦,但礙於哺乳不方便、身體也累,不希望跑太遠,無法計畫遠遊,就陪她做喜歡的事囉!「喜歡的事」不外乎吃日本料理和看電影,這天一次滿足。電影我不懂,所以只寫日料部分。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">百合小姐愛生魚片、也愛白米飯,美麗的「散壽司(竹)」最適合她。秋季鮮魚如黑鮪中腹、紅魽腹、本鮪、透抽、いくら都有,華麗灑上蝦鬆與漬物的擺盤,部位有挑過,非常好吃。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">有生食也有熟食,主餐我點「烤鯃魚一夜干」,本多烤魚水準一直頗高,這次是很成功的烤魚,非常多汁且好吃。附上的味噌汁,同樣有清爽魚湯頭為底,另加黃金蜆,簡單美味;甜點是萬年不變紅豆湯,同樣好喝。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">秋天時魚怎能不點一回呢?秋刀魚握大家會做,一條秋刀魚從生魚肉被片下、拔刺、殺千刀、微炙,加上調味醋飯,簡單,一點也不簡單。略加醬油珠蔥,舍利化開完美的融合感,果然是秋季最棒的美味。久久以前曾在野壽司吃過一回,本多也吃得到呢。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">第一站是為了慶生,來到</span><span lang="EN-US">SOGO</span><span lang="ZH-TW">復興館的「麗緻巴賽麗(</span><span lang="EN-US">Brassarie Liz</span><span lang="ZH-TW">)」,是亞都麗緻飯店一樓同品牌的西餐廳。菜單大同小異,法國鄉村菜為主。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">雖在百貨公司裡,也知道有些菜是半成品,裝潢倒是滿有樣子的,尤其是那盞燈。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">「尼斯沙拉(</span><span lang="EN-US">Niçoise Salad with Pine Seed</span><span lang="ZH-TW">)」用鮪魚罐頭、油漬鯷魚裝飾的沙拉,樸實的擺盤一樣不少,簡單好吃;「勃根地蒜香田螺(</span><span lang="EN-US">Baked Snail in Garlic Butter</span><span lang="ZH-TW">)」螺肉多且實在,麵包粉與</span><span lang="EN-US">cheese</span><span lang="ZH-TW">烤得頗好,一側麵包可搭配</span><span lang="EN-US">cheese</span><span lang="ZH-TW">蒜味醬,頗美味,百合小組也喜歡。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">這裡的麵包要錢是有原因的,「麵包籃佐法式豬肉醬(</span><span lang="EN-US">Bread Basket Served with Rillettes</span><span style='font-family: "新細明體","serif"'>)」麵包不錯吃,重點是那小盅豬肉醬,油且韌,做得頗好;「焗烤洋蔥湯(</span><span lang="EN-US">Onion Soup with Cheese Croutons</span><span lang="ZH-TW">)」是炒到上色的濃郁洋蔥湯,再加入高湯與</span><span lang="EN-US">baguette</span><span lang="ZH-TW">、</span><span lang="EN-US">cheese</span><span lang="ZH-TW">焗烤,便宜好喝,百合龜非常喜歡。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">「芥香燒烤春雞附洋芋絲煎餅(</span><span lang="EN-US">Roasted Spring Chicken and Mustard Potato Cakes</span><span lang="ZH-TW">)」用</span> <span lang="ZH-TW">櫛瓜、紅胡蘿、小玉米、花椰菜沾上烤雞湯汁作陪襯,抹上芥末醬的春雞腿烤到剛好,煎好的洋芋絲餅沾上雞汁,實在沒話說地好吃。份量不小,再加上前面的小菜,兩個人吃一份差不多哩。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">甜點?要拿另一個胃裝囉。「舒芙蕾佐巧克力(</span><span lang="EN-US">Soufflé with Chocolate</span><span lang="ZH-TW">)」軟綿可口、入口即化的好吃大份</span><span lang="EN-US">Soufflé</span><span lang="ZH-TW">,巧克力醬淋上,增加更多甜蜜快樂。百合龜很愛,大份、而且是貨真價實的</span><span lang="EN-US">soufflé</span><span lang="ZH-TW">喔!</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">博多一風堂來臺北展店,也有很長的時間了,我們卻沒有時間和機會吃,一來上下班皆是開車,停車較不便,二來百合小姐懷孕時口味大變,實在抓不準。愛麗絲軒軒小公主出生後,好像回到以前的口味了,找機會試試看。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">嘴有點饞,先點兩樣小吃。季節限定的咖哩捲,可搭配生菜葉一起吃,帶印度咖哩風味,但僅稱普通;煎餃,當然只是一般水準。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">一風堂在網路上最有名的,就是那兩味:白丸原味與赤丸新味。「白丸原味」湯頭還算濃、不油腴,細麵不吸附湯味,然後……沒有然後了;另加點半熟蛋,非常好吃。「赤丸新味」是豚骨白湯、加上赤味噌與麻油的組合,更香濃些,鹹度尚可,特囑麵硬果然有接近日本的彈牙口感,但細麵仍不沾湯汁;加點半熟蛋仍是非常好吃。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">可以說,印象最深的是半熟蛋嘛?但,一風堂,不合我的口味吶。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">得知來自旭川的「梅光軒」來臺展店,台北</span><span lang="EN-US">101</span><span lang="ZH-TW">是第一間店面,二話不說立刻挑時間殺去了,一個禮拜吃兩次,文章挑一次寫就好。菜單寫在黑板上,頗好玩,當然另外有一本木頭作封面與封底的菜單。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">不要說什麼蜂屋齁,蜂屋沒打算在臺灣展店。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">左側是「味噌叉燒拉麵」,漂亮的味噌香氣、不過濃郁卻有足夠細膩的味噌與辣辛香,叉燒一點也不軟嫩,是道內偏乾的口感,吸湯汁卻變得好吃,細麵吸湯口感頗好。但妙的是,加入桌上的炸蒜末,更能凸顯</span><span lang="EN-US">W</span><span lang="ZH-TW">湯頭混合味噌的渾厚美味。右側是「奶油塩味啦麵」,同樣以</span><span lang="EN-US">W</span><span lang="ZH-TW">湯頭為底,整塊帶鹽奶油、混合玉米,是很厲害的選擇。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">梅光軒的叉燒口感偏乾柴,但做成「叉燒丼」、淋上七味美奶滋與黑胡椒,卻變得好吃非常,飯吸附了些醬油與叉燒油汁,好讚啊。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">梅光軒有味噌、塩味、醬油三種湯頭,我覺得最好吃的是醬油,以後有機會再寫。滿足了……不只我,百合小姐也是。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">有沒有上午產檢醫師說慢慢等、下午去南雅奇岩、傍晚到十三行、晚上玩回家、半夜掛急診的八卦?啊,我有,基本上行程就是這麼「安排」的……才怪啦,如果預先知道是這樣就好了。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">複習醫師叮嚀的產兆症狀:落紅,沒有(○);陣痛,沒有(?);破水……一開始以為不是,醫師舉的例子有點抽象,裝水的氣球被戳破?不就「砰」然後水都流光這樣嘛?總之,有異樣,先送醫,確定住院後,我又回家拿產包。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">幸運「擠」進最後一間待產室,龍年生產多,晚到的只好在走廊待產了。待產室在</span><span lang="EN-US">24</span><span lang="ZH-TW">小時專人留守的婦產科,百合小姐躺在床上打針催生,終於有陣痛感覺,原來「陣痛」不一定會真的痛,悶也是,但我們忽略了。我到急診辦住院手續,這是醫院唯一半夜還能掛號繳費的地方,但我還真不愛去,病人或躺或臥,眼神渴望醫生,但……</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">睡夢中聽得到叫痛聲,待產室一夜難眠;拉梅茲呼吸多少有用,但我也幫不上忙。百合小姐很勇敢,「沒有」打減痛分娩,但理性告訴我們,不打比較好。如果可以,我也想痛啊……其實,我應該要把文章寫得歡樂一點的,比如:打催生八小時後,產褥墊上有幾種顏色?放著自己親愛的在床上哀,沒事算什麼顏色啊?</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">十小時過去,子宮頸終於開到十指,產程進入最後階段,百合小姐進產房,我隨後更衣……也是進產房。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">很幸運,產程順利,胎位也正,我們選擇自然產,可以進產房「玩」:<br>我:……可以進去呀?<br>護理師(簡稱護):可以啊。<br>我:那可以帶相機嗎?<br>護:可以啊。<br>我:那有什麼是不能拍的嗎?<br>護:都可以拍,不要妨礙醫師和助手就好。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">看來,我們準備的產包有「數位單眼相機」乙台,非常正確。至於同時準備相機和錄影機嘛……協助生產的醫院限制僅配偶可進產房,一個人只有兩隻手,別太貪心,帶一台能照能錄、畫質佳的就好,屆時還有得玩哩。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">聽說手術室很冰冷,獨自走在往產房的步道,還真冷。但……一進產房,居然先被</span><span lang="EN-US">LED</span><span lang="ZH-TW">手術燈吸引是怎麼回事啊?接生的婦產科醫生也是平常產檢的,前一天才來,很歡樂地說「昨天才看到你們,今天又看到你們啦~明天還會再看到你們的放心……」</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">以下有血腥畫面,還好我不會看到血就暈倒。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">凡事都有第一次,我們都是。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">小愛麗絲的頭快冒出來了,醫師研判不需使用太多外力,所以有左邊這張照片,醫師站在產檯上,用全身力量壓肚子,加速產程進行。頭過身就過,看到頭、到全身分娩出來,相機告訴我大約五分鐘,大概就是泡泡麵的時間這樣。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">小愛麗絲生出來沒有哭,醫師熟練地將口鼻中的殘留羊水吸出來,邊吸邊指導,其中一位實習醫師跟著這位「老闆」,進產房,是他們必須做的功課。接著……背景是小愛麗絲的哭聲,醫師很難得對我說話:<br>醫師(簡稱醫):老公你的相機能不能錄影?<br>我:可以啊。<br>醫:那……你先切到錄影吧。<br>我:(感謝萬惡索尼,一鍵搞定)好了。<br>醫:(遞手術剪)等等讓你剪臍帶,敢剪吧?(比劃位置)不要剪到我的手喔。<br>我:(好歡樂的生產啊,自己動手剪臍帶真好玩)嗯。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">所以,在產房,基本上就是拍照呀錄影呀歡樂呀什麼的。小愛麗絲與母體分開,先做簡單的清洗,並且蓋上小小腳印,我還是不停地看呀拍呀的。</span></p>

<p><span lang="ZH-TW">十多小時的折騰,百合小姐回到待產室休養觀察,我抱著小愛麗絲找她的馬木。似乎真有感應,小愛麗絲趴在百合小姐身上,開始在身上爬。比較穩定後,小愛麗絲洗澡、點藥膏,我幫忙辦住院手續,百合小姐有月子餐,但還是先買了清燉牛肉湯補一下,晚上再吃喜愛的炸薯條,根本不忌口吶。</span></p>
<p><span lang="ZH-TW">多數時候,小愛麗絲都是沉睡中……我們選擇母嬰親善醫院,有很多抱抱小愛麗絲的機會哩。</span></p>
